Shipping policy
GENERAL
The shipping and delivery time varies product wise. Please refer to the product description for this detail. All orders are shipped directly to you by us or the sellers. If your order includes items from multiple sellers, items from each seller will ship as separate shipments.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
SHIPPING COST
All orders under ₹5,000 are subject to a flat shipping fee of INR 120/-. For items that are heavy, breakable and fragile, the shipping fees is INR 120/-. Shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹5,000 as a small thank you for supporting handmade art.
SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
Orders, unless made-to-order, ship out between 24-72 hours of being placed. Once shipped, orders take 7-10 working days to be delivered to most PIN codes, or shall be delivered as per the date specified by you while placing the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

TRACKING ORDERS
You will receive an email with your order confirmation once you place an order. You will receive another email with your order tracking details once your order has been shipped out.
