Since we work with independent artists and small collectives, we donāt allow cancellations once an order is placed. We encourage you to buy only what you truly love. This helps us reduce waste and honours the time, care, and effort behind every piece. Weāre so sorry your order didnāt arrive as it should have. We promise weāll try to make it right!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and send us photos + an unboxing video so that we can cross-check the issue with the artist and our shipping partners. Weāll process your return or replacement from there as per our return policy.
Why doesnāt Kala Curry offer cash on delivery (COD)?
Most Kala Curry products are shipped directly by our artisans and made in small batches.
COD orders have 2ā3x higher return rates than prepaid orders, with nearly 1 in 4 orders being returned. These returns lead to unnecessary shipping, packaging waste, and higher carbon emissions, and directly impact artisan livelihoods.
By avoiding COD, we can:
- Reduce returns and environmental burden
- Ensure fair, predictable earnings for artisans
- Enable faster, smoother deliveries
