For our first in-house collection, we wanted to pay homage to the diversity of craft our country has to offer – and we chose India’s most beloved flowers to help us do that. Flowers are a universal symbol of love and beauty and with countless varieties, they felt like the perfect way to reflect that same diversity in art.
The flowers remain the same throughout the collection, but how they’re made doesn’t. We were curious to see how the same flowers show up across multiple mediums and materials and craftforms – another way to showcase India’s richness through our collection.
It is a dream to work with so many creatives from all around the country for our first collection. We’re deeply grateful to all our artist partners for helping us bring our vision to life, with their own stories informing each creation – art made for today, carrying traditions we never want to let go of.
